We designed and developed Bobby Conversa, a web-based AI chatbot that communicates with children and caregivers in a friendly, age-appropriate tone. Built on a Java and AWS backend with a React front-end, Bobby integrates with WebChat for seamless multi-platform delivery.
Through natural language processing and conversational design, Bobby guides users through child protection topics, collects feedback, and escalates concerns to trained human agents when needed.
